Fortnightly Service Agreement 

Our Fortnightly Service Agreement provides one dedicated maintenance day every fortnight, offering a flexible solution for buildings requiring regular maintenance without weekly attendance.

Our Service Agreements cover a range of scheduled and incidental maintenance activities tailored to your property's needs.

Fire & Smoke Door Maintenance

Routine inspections, adjustments and minor repairs to fire and smoke doors, including closers, hinges, handles and latching mechanisms. Supporting safe operation, functionality and ongoing building maintenance requirements.

Bin Chute & Bin Store Door Maintenance

Regular maintenance and repairs to bin chute and bin store doors, including hinges, closers, restrictors and associated hardware. Works may include minor welding, adjustments and signage installation to maintain safe and reliable operation.

Common Area Wall & Ceiling Repairs

General upkeep of common area walls and ceilings, including plaster repairs, patching, surface preparation and touch-up painting. Helping maintain a clean, consistent and professional presentation throughout the building.

Incidental & Day-to-Day Maintenance

Attendance to day-to-day building maintenance requests, including minor repairs, hardware adjustments, fixture repairs and general upkeep. Tasks are coordinated with Building Management and tracked through our dedicated Monday.com board for clear communication and progress updates.
