You and your team went over and beyond to pull down the old room and build a much larger and better room. You did this over a weekend so we did not disrupt our normal work flow and you were here to the late hours of the night to make sure it was done. You even organised a sparky to be there at short notice to make sure all the wiring and cabling was done before Monday.
