UWS Maintenance Options

UWS offer several different options to complete your maintenance requirements:

• Work orders - We can attend to each maintenance item reported on an as needed basis at a competetive price. All work orders/requests can simply be emailed directly to Dave@ultimateworksolutions.com.au with a detailed request including building details and we will ensure it is completed quickly and precisely. 
• Programmed Asset Management - We can prepare  detailed report on the condition of each section of a building; quarterly, 6 monthly, or annually with a set price contract to ensure each area is kept to a high standard. 
• Total Facility Care Package - We also offer pre-purchased hourly labour packages starting from a minimum 100 hours with a discount of 5% on packages over 500 hours and 15% on packages over 2000 hours.
• Customised Maintenance Schedule - We can also work with you to customise a plan to suit your needs.
